Feedback from advisor:
- Asked whether we have talked with sponsor about using a chat bot.
- Gunel thinks its a good idea, council needs to confirm its okay to proceed.
- Questions:
- Who is calling? Would they actually prefer to use a chat bot? Would an old woman still prefer to call over a chat bot? demographics already explored in last council meeting
- Whether what people call for is clearly on the website? Chat bots are good for learning precise information.
- Alex discussed a potential solution where volunteers can reply instead of the chat bot. Filtering (non-)unique situations.
- If we agree on a chat bot, we need to test the chat bot - scenarios, ask the council to test it themselves, use recordings of requests. We should establish some criteria for it to be adequate with the sponsor.
- Start generating design artefacts for next meeting.
