Infinite set

An infinite set is a set which is not a [[Finite set|finite set]], there is no definitive end.

Examples include:

• Set of all integers

  $\mathbb{Z}=\{...,-3,-2,-1,0,1,2,3,...\}$ is the set of all integers.

  $\mathbb{N}=\{0,1,2,3,...\}$ is the set of all natural numbers.

• Set of positive natural numbers

  ${\mathbb{N}}^{+}=\{1,2,3,...\}$ is the set of all positive natural numbers, or otherwise all positive integers.

• Set of rational numbers

  $\mathbb{Q}=\{\frac{m}{n},...\}$ is the set of rational numbers, any number that can be expressed as $\frac{m}{n}$ for some integers $m$ and $n \ne 0$.

  $\mathbb{R}=\{-1,0,1,\pi ,\sqrt{2}...\}$ is the set of real numbers, which includes all rational and irrational numbers.
